BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: The following shall be proposed to allow air units to fly over restricted areas without issue.
Section 1: Sub-Section C4 shall be added to Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code.
Section 1a: Sub-Section C4 shall state the following: The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B and Sub-Section C3 shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual.
Section 2: Sub-Section C1 shall be added into Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code.
Section 2a: Sub-Section C1 shall state the following: The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual.
Section 3: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello
Section 4: The Firestone Department of Aviation (FDOA) shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Aviation - Roblox
Section 5: This shall go into effect immediately following the completion of the Constitutional procedure.
