to Nullify the Koliger Treaty

Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Senate in Congress here assembled:

Sec. 1.

This act shall be cited as “An Act to Nullify the Koliger Treaty”.

Sec. 2.

(a) Pursuant to C.IV.VIII, the Senate of Firestone shall nullify the treaty between the State of Firestone and Koliger.

(b) The reasons being of nullifying the document is that the State of Koliger does not maintain the ability of being up to the State of Firestones expectations as seen by the previous actions taken by the State of Koliger. The State of Koliger is not competent enough to continue relations with the State of Firestone.

Sec. 3.

(a) The Firestone Governor is responsible for enforcing this act.

Sec. 4.

(a) Upon passage by the Firestone Senate, the State of Koliger treaty with the State of Firestone shall be nullified.

Sec. 5.

(a) All laws in conflict with this act are hereby declared null and void.
