BE IT ENACTED BY THIS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: An Act for the Betterment of Classification shall be amended- for all purposes of this Act, An Act for the Betterment of Classification refers to this act- An Act for the Betterment of Classification.
SECTION II: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation shall now read; Section 4: Any of the following may be classified: security documents and plans, military and strategic facilities (and their floor plans), pictures of the inside of such facilities, the names of human intelligence sources, military planning of a strategic nature, active intelligence operations, capabilities of defense infrastructure, information or files pertaining to active or past tactical or intelligence operations, internal department Discord communications involving tactical or intelligence operations, radio channels or frequencies utilized by tactical agencies.
SECTION III: This legislation shall go into effect upon meeting Constitutional standards for the passage of legislation. Should any phrase, word, or letter of this Act be declared unconstitutional, the rest shall remain in effect unless this Act is struck down in full.
