SECTION 1: Witness Tampering and Coercion of A Guilty Plea shall be considered a felony within the State of Firestone.
SECTION 1A: Witness Tampering and Coercion of A Guilty Plea shall each have a max punishment of 5 hours in the custody of the Firestone Department of Corrections.
SECTION 2: Witness Tampering shall be defined as the act of any individual(s) attempting to alter or prevent the testimony of a witness during any legal proceeding.
SECTION 2A: Coercion of A Guilty Plea shall be defined as the act of an individual(s) coercing and/or using the threat of force to get another individual to plead guilty in any legal proceeding. Negotiating a plea deal shall not count as Coercion of A Guilty Plea unless the threat of any type of force is involved.

SECTION 2C: Firestone Department of Justice shall be defined as (https://www.roblox.com/groups/2803369/Firestone-Department-of-Justice#!/about)
SECTION 2D: Firestone Department of Corrections shall be defined as ( https://www.roblox.com/groups/2807789/Firestone-Department-of-Corrections#!/about )
SECTION 3: The Firestone Courts and the Firestone Department of Justice shall enforce this piece of legislation.
SECTION 4: Upon passage this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
