An Act to Correct Emergency Service Boating Light Procedures

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: The Stapleton County Fire Department Search and Rescue, Firestone Coast Guard, and Firestone Department of Corrections Marine Division do not have amber lights on their vessels. They are equipped with red and blue warning lights, respectively.

§ SECTION I-A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

§ SECTION I-B: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello

§ SECTION II-A: Chapter 7, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

§ SECTION II-B: Chapter 7, Section 1, Sub-Section a2 currently reads:

(a2) The Firestone Coast Guard, Stapleton County Fire Department Search and Rescue, and Firestone Department of Corrections Marine Division shall be exempt from Chapter 7, Section 1 if their amber lights are turned on.

§ SECTION II-C: Chapter 7, Section 1, Sub-Section a2 shall now read:

The Firestone Coast Guard, Stapleton County Fire Department Search and Rescue, and Firestone Department of Corrections Marine Division shall be exempt from Chapter 7, Section 1 if their warning lights are turned on.

§ SECTION III: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers.
