BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HEREBY ASSEMBLED THAT;
SECTION I: Serving as a Candidate within the Firestone Bureau of Investigations (Firestone Bureau of Investigation - Roblox) shall not count as a Primary Position as described by the Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED).
SECTION IA: Serving as a Candidate within the Firestone Bureau of Investigations shall not be construed as being a Law Enforcement Officer. Candidate(s) may not conduct arrests, issue citations, or detain others.
SECTION II: This Act shall go into effect upon meeting the Constitutionally required criteria.
