quoting what i said in discord:
if fed doesnt want public servers used for live fires, private servers could be added (similar to whitelist RP) that allow for adequate and realistic training and simulations!
test servers were used previously for this reason but fed said no because they’re for devs: so make private servers
greenlegobrick also pointed out in discord how universal TCs would have to include a lot of stuff if its to serve all departments.

or . . . just open up the test server that was under this group (Firestone Research and Development - Roblox) either works
was closed because its for “dev testing only” or something but with us doing trainings here wont effect anything
OR . . .
make something like the whitelist server where ppl can create server by saying !training or smnth, must be like a supervisor rank in dept groups
