Admin abuse during CFCT

I legit got kicked for litterally NO reason by an SCSO deputy named Avantador or however you freaking spell it.

I wasn’t even doing anything, Not blacklisted from any department yet he kicks me out of the random. Its bs…

I’m trying to see why they are conducting this as if it was a class of POST candidates…

But yes, it can be seen as admin abuse.

Update: I pretty much got ignored or basically was told Too bad… Like wtf… Doesn’t this like violate my Right to bear arms and the laws?

Nope. The POST Campus is, by current statute as I’m aware, private property. And classes are a privilege not a right. You can be removed for any reason at any time.

There is also no law regarding admin as really only the devs deal with that stuff.

POST is a child department to DPS, therefore Government agency and therefore Government Property.

CFCT doesnt have anything to do with POST at all.

That’s not how it works, at all. The fact a government agency works there doesn’t define it as government property. And you have actually less rights on government property lol. As per an SC decision, you waive rights like FOS, arms, etc. on government property by entering it or its grounds. And it’s operated on the POST Campus, so shrug.

Ok, Show me where does it say I waive my rights then?

It doesn’t have to. By stepping virtual foot onto that virtual property you automatically agree to waive your rights, as it’s a completely voluntary action.

Thats like saying there is a law in place about something but doesnt say it…

See bottom paragraph. You waive certain rights at…

And yes, you may be surprised to know that the Constitution is our greatest law, and interpretations/explanations thereof become common law.

Oh dear god you don’t understand at all, try to follow me here. The Supreme Court interpret big best law of land, SC find new explanation and circumstances, that become common law. Common law enforced in court.

And to help further:
“Common law (also known as judicial precedent or judge-made law, or case law) is that body of law derived from judicial decisions of courts and similar tribunals. The defining characteristic of “common law” is that it arises as precedent.”
