Section One: The Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (hence referred to as the RICO Act) shall be defined as: Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act ('RICO')

Section Two: Section 1B of the RICO Act states: “For the purposes of this act, a “member” shall be defined as either physically being in the Roblox group should it be a Roblox group, or participating in the goals and actions of the organization.”

Section Three: Section 1B of the RICO Act shall now state: "For the purposes of this act, a “member” shall be defined as either physically being in the Roblox group should it be a Roblox group, or participating in the goals and actions of the organization. Simply wearing an outfit used by a labeled criminal organization shall not be construed to constitute a member of said organization, and individuals simply wearing said outfit shall not be arrested nor otherwise penalized under this act. However, wearing the outfit while performing any of the actions or functions described in Section 2 of this act in furtherance of the labeled criminal organization shall qualify as membership, and shall make the perpetrator applicable for the penalties of this act.

Section Four: Chapter 4, §11, subsection (a1) currently states: “(a1) The act of Racketeering shall be defined as committing any criminal offense in the furtherance of the goals, objectives, message, or generally agreed upon course of a labeled Criminal Organization.”

Section Five: Chapter 4, §11, subsection (a1) shall now state: "(a1) The act of Racketeering shall be defined as committing any criminal offense in the furtherance of the goals, objectives, message, or generally agreed upon course of a labeled Criminal Organization. Wearing the uniform of a labeled criminal organization while committing a criminal offense shall also constitute the furtherance of the goals, objectives, message, or generally agreed upon course of the labeled criminal organization, and shall make the perpetrator subject to arrest for this offense.

Section Six: This amendment shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies.

Section Seven: This amendment shall go into immediate effect upon going through the Constitutionally mandated procedures to be enacted into law.
