A Resolution to House Sessions

Section 1: This resolution shall familiarize and give an idea about the how sessions in the House chamber should work.

Section 2: The following shall give ideas of how the sessions in the house shall go from start to finish:

Section 2A: In order for a session to begin, there must be a quorum amount of Representatives present. This requirement is stated in the Firestone constitution, which can be found in Article I, Section V: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=190970146

Section 2B: Before a House session starts, the Speaker of the House or the Speaker Pro Tempore is required required to go over roll call to make sure the Representatives present are properly marked down on the House rolls.
After taking roll call, the Speaker of the House shall commence the session. Legislations, amendments, etc may then be presented to the Representatives of the House.

Section 2C: The Speaker of the House or the Speaker Pro Tempore shall be required to open the floor to debate after a legislation, amendment, or such has been presented to the Representatives of the House. If a Representative wishes to debate, the Representative must first be recognized by the floor, which means the Speaker of the House or Speaker Pro Tempore must recognize the Representative wishing to debate.

Section 2D: The Speaker of the House or Speaker Pro Tempore shall be required to open the floor to voting once all debates have concluded that refer to legislations, amendments, and such being presented.

Section 2E: The Speaker of the House or Speaker Pro Tempore shall be given the right to end debates, questions, or such if it goes off topic and isn’t relevant to a particular subject.

Section 3: This resolution shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House or Speaker Pro Tempore.

Section 4: This resolution shall go into effect immediately as soon as it passes the Firestone House of Representatives.

Section 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
