A JOINT RESOLUTION
To Nullify Bill Numbering
Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Joint Resolution to Number the Bills” shall be defined as: A Joint Resolution to Number the Bills.
SECTION 2. NULLIFICATION
(a) The Joint Resolution to Number the Bills shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 3. ENACTMENT
(a) This Legislation shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
