PREAMBLE: In an effort to make bills more uniform as there are now many bill formats within the world of bill writing, this joint resolution shall solve this issue and make it much easier for citizens to understand bills and again, make bill making more uniform.
A Joint Resolution to Establish a Uniform Legislative Bill Format
BE ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: A uniform legislative bill format shall be established.
Section 2: A uniform Legislative bill format shall be defined as: Bill Format - Google Docs
Section 2A: Sections may be added at will to make sure the legislation being made is properly written. However, it must still follow the general layout of the bill format.
Section 2B: Subsections may be added at will to each bill section to make sure each section of the legislation is able to be defined properly.
Section 3: This Joint Resolution shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate.
Section 4: This Joint Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.
