A House Resolution to establish the Assistant Clerk of the House of Representatives
Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
That the House of Representatives recognizes the position of Assistant Clerk of the House of Representatives, the holders of which shall serve under the Clerk of the House of Representatives should one exist. The Assistant Clerk of the House of Representatives shall fulfil the duties of the Clerk in their absence. The Assistant Clerk of the House of Representatives may be appointed by the Clerk of the House of Representatives, and may be removed by the Clerk of the House of Representatives, by the Speaker of the House or by a simple majority vote of the House of Representatives.
