RESOLUTION
To allow the Sergeant at Arms deputies.
Resolved, That the House of Representatives recognizes the position of Deputy Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives, the holders of which shall serve under the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives should one exist. The Deputy Sergeants at Arms shall fulfill the duties of the Sergeant at Arms in their absence. Any law enforcement officer may be deputized by the Sergeant at Arms, and may be removed by the same or by a simple majority vote of the House of Representatives.
