A House Resolution for the Presiding Officers
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This House resolution shall involve the office of the Speaker of the House and Speaker Pro Tempore of the Firestone House of Representatives.
Section 2: The Speaker of the House and Speaker Pro Tempore shall alternate as the presiding officer for each House session. The Speaker of the House will preside over one session then the next session the Speaker Pro Tempore will preside over that session and so on. If the Speaker of the House is absent for a session and is supposed to preside over that particular session, then it will be the Speaker Pro Tempore who shall instead preside. If the Speaker Pro Tempore is absent for the session that he or she is supposed to preside over, then it will be the Speaker of the House who shall instead preside.
Section 3: This House resolution shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House and Speaker Pro Tempore.
Section 4: This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon passing the House of Representatives.
