§1. Title
(a) This constitutional amendment shall be known and may be cited as 'A Constitutional Amendment to Remove Warrant Nullification"
§2. Enactment
(a) This amendment shall go into effect upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this amendment be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Amendment
(a) Article III Section IV Subsection II of the Firestone Constitution currently states:
II. Any and all law enforcement officers shall be compelled to enforce any and all warrants pursuant to the provisions therein unless halted by the issuing judicial officer, an injunction from an appellate court pursuant to this article, or by the Chief Court Justice pursuant to this article.
(b) Article III Section IV Subsection II of the Firestone Constitution shall be amended to state:
II. Any and all law enforcement officers shall be compelled to enforce any and all warrants pursuant to the provisions therein unless halted by the issuing judicial officer or an injunction from an appellate court pursuant to this article.
(c) Article III Section IV Subsection VI of the Firestone Constitution shall be declared null and void.
(d) Article III Section IV Subsection VII of the Firestone Constitution shall be known and cited as Article III Section IV Subsection VI of the Firestone Constitution.
