A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO DRAIN THE BUREAUCRATIC SWAMP
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
- This act shall be known, and may be cited as “A Constitutional Amendment to Drain the Bureaucratic Swamp".
§2. DEFINITIONS
- The Firestone Constitution shall be defined here.
- The State Legislature Board shall be defined here.
§3. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
- Article I, Section I, Clause IV of the Firestone Constitution shall be created and state, “The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and any other citizen(s) chosen by the Speaker of the House and subsequently confirmed by a simple majority of Congress shall maintain an accurate reflection and documentation of all acts, laws, resolutions, nominations, amendments, and other legislative acts taken by Congress through the State Legislature Board. An appointee may be impeached by Congress or dismissed at the discretion of the Speaker of the House, ensuring accountability and adherence to their prescribed duties."
§4. ENFORCEMENT
- This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
§5. SEVERABILITY
- Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the act will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
