A concern about Flashbang's and Tear gas

Do you think it is FRP when SWAT uses tear gas or flash bang to blind you when you are inside a room that is locked and protected by glassed windows. (The Rogreens room)

No phil. One makes a light flash (goes through windows IRL), and one makes a gas, which seeps in the smallest cracks IRL. Your getting a little excessive there. Thats the whole point of having those things.

THANK YOU BECAUSE IN FIRESTONE ITS POSSIBLE FOR GAS AND LIGHT TO GO 100% THRU WINDOWS

They aren’t doing it intensionally. Soon as they unattached the smoke and flash bang they are clearing the room and it’s rolling around. If you are facing towards the window in rogreens you will not be able to see if you legit stare directly at it. Not going to go in depth with our equipment but come on man. If you have seen any shows like SWAT team(cbs), FBI(cbs), NCIS(legit almost every channel), and shows on A&E watch how they do it heads up.

No, it’s not FRP. I think it’s 100% realistic.

And the radius is huge

I thought flashgbang and tear gas won’t have the same effect since it is has a lower rate of entering a room that is closed and probably has like a few cracks.

Unless that room is 100% air tight then yes gas can leak through windows and walls. And air ducts exist.

Legit tear gas is to make the “suspect” come out of the building because it has a very toxic smell and could kill you. A flash-bang can blind you for a couple of mins and it’s use is to distract the person so they don’t reach for an illegal firearms or etc. They are not trying to hurt the suspect.
