SECTION 1: Title, Effective Date, and Enforcement
A) This bill shall be known as “A Bill to Repeal and Replace Assault with a Deadly Weapon”
B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.
C) Law Enforcement Agencies shall enforce this bill.
SECTION 2: Definitions
A) Hereinafter, “Assault with a Deadly Weapon” shall be defined as; physically attacking another person with a weapon that is meant to or can cause death or serious bodily harm, with malice.
B) Hereinafter, “A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon” shall be defined as; A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon
SECTION 3: Clarifications
A) Deadly Weapons can be, but are not limited to, firearms, bats, knives, bats, blunt weapons and similar things.
SECTION 4: Illegalities
A) It shall be illegal for a person to assault someone with a deadly weapon, as defined in Section 2A, and shall be considered a felony.
SECTION 5: Sanctions for Unlawful Actions
A) Any person who is found to be in guilty of Assault with a Deadly Weapon shall have the penalty of a sentence of five-hundred (500) seconds in the State Penitentiary.
SECTION 6: Nullifications
A) A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon shall be declared null and void.
