A bill to reestablish the Department of Boating and Waterways
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Department of Boating and Waterways shall be reestablished.
SECTION 2: The Department of Boating and Waterways shall be responsible for supervising and maintaining all marine operations, and all bodies of water within the State of Firestone.
SECTION 2A: The Department of Boating and Waterways shall have the authority to set rules and regulations over bodies of water, without conflicting with any laws, or any other state document.
SECTION 2B: The department of Boating and Waterways shall act as supervisors to all departments and department divisions that operate on bodies of water within the state of Firestone. All departments and department divisions that operate on bodies of water within the State of Firestone shall be mandated to follow rules and regulations established by the Department of Boating and Waterways.
SECTION 3: The Executive Branch of the State of Firestone shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both chambers of congress.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
