A Bill to Recognize Evasion as a Crime

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Evasion in the State of Firestone against law enforcement shall be deemed illegal and a crime if committed.

SECTION 1A: Evasion shall be defined as: the act of a suspect fleeing from a crime they committed.

SECTION 1B: Law enforcement shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Dept. of Homeland Security, Firestone National Guard (only during a time of deployment).

SECTION 2: Evasion shall be considered a felony offense in the State of Firestone, defined here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=195580142

SECTION 3: The office of the Governor shall oversee this legislation, while the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Dept. of Homeland Security, and Firestone National Guard shall enforce it.

SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of Congress and being signed into law by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
