A Bill to Protect the Firestone State Patrol and the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION I: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b7 shall be created in the Firestone Criminal Code and shall state, “(b7) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol."

SECTION II: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b8 shall be created in the Firestone Criminal Code and shall state, “(b8) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office."

SECTION III: All on-duty members of Law Enforcement Agencies and the Firestone National Guard shall be exempt from Chapter 3, Section 9, subsections b7 and b8 of the Firestone Criminal Code.

SECTION IV: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

SECTION V: This legislation shall go into effect after following the Constitutional procedure required.
