A Bill to Protect the Firestone Court System

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1A: This Bill shall define Contempt of Court and categorize it as a misdemeanor crime at the judge’s discretion in the State of Firestone

SECTION 2A: The term “Contempt of Court” shall be defined as, “An act in which an individual interrupts the court process in hopes of stopping it for beneficial reasons to themselves or another, or failing to appear in court when a sufficient amount of time is given to both parties in which both parties are to be present.”

SECTION 2B: Violation of Section 2A shall be considered as a misdemeanor crime at the judge’s discretion within the State of Firestone.

Consequences for this crime shall be (but not limited to) bench warrants, increased bail, increased incarceration time.

SECTION 3: The Firestone Courts, Firestone Department of Justice, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, and Firestone State Patrol shall be tasked with enforcing this legislation.

The Firestone Courts shall be recognized as

B. The Firestone Department of Justice shall be recognized as

C. The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be recognized as

D. The Firestone State Patrol shall be recognized as
(Firestone State Patrol - Roblox)

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
