A Bill to Protect Correctional Waters

To ensure and secure.


SECTION 1. No individual shall be permitted to enter prison waters without authorization.
a. The Department of Corrections may provide authorization.
1. It is up to the Corrections Warden how this authorization is provided.
i. “authorization” means to be granted permission to enter such area.
ii. Officials of the Department of Corrections are automatically granted
authorization unless said otherwise by the Corrections Warden.
b. “prison waters” shall be regarded as all bodies of water 150 studs from the edge
of the island that contains the correctional facility of Staple ton County.
c. Entering such area shall be considered trespassing.
i. “trespassing” is defined here:

SECTION 1A. Violators shall be punished accordingly:
a. All accidental and unintentional cases of trespassing into prison waters shall be
dealt with a citation of no more than $500.
b. All on purpose and intentional cases of trespassing into prison waters shall be
dealt with a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.
i. It is a misdemeanor charge as per Section 2 of:

SECTION 2. This legislation shall be overseen by the Governor and enforced by all law enforcement agencies of Firestone as well as the Firestone Courts.

SECTION 3. This legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 4. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
