A Bill to Prevent the Impersonation of a Police Explorer
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Impersonation of a Police Explorer shall be deemed illegal.
SECTION 1B: Impersonation shall be defined as; pretending to be a person, through looks or actions, that one is not.
SECTION 2: Impersonating a Police Explorer shall be deemed illegal.
SECTION 2B: Impersonating a Police Explorer shall be defined as; wearing the uniform and/or attempting to act in the capacity thereof while not being in that agency or not holding the proper rank to do so (i.e. Explorer+). This agency is, but not limited to, Firestone Police Exploring.
SECTION 2C: Firestone Police Exploring shall be defined as: Firestone Police Exploring - Roblox
SECTION 3: The act of committing “Impersonation of a Police Explorer” shall be considered a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3B: Upon first violation and further violations, the suspect shall be sentenced to a fine of no less than $100 and no greater than $200.
SECTION 4: The following agencies shall be tasked with enforcing this bill;
- Firestone State Patrol.
- Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office.
- The Department of Homeland Security.
SECTION 5: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress and being signed by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
