BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE LEGISLATURE THAT

PREAMBLE: This became a relevant issue during the latest Senate session where a concerned citizen wanted to ask a question and had his time limited to a minute. This combined with the three minute limitation for sitting congress(wo)men is an unrealistic restriction on our debate that limits constructive conversation.

SECTION A: “A Joint Resolution to Create Default Debate Times” shall be defined as A Joint Resolution to Create Default Debate Times

SECTION B: “A Joint Resolution to Create Default Debate Times” shall be declared null and void.

SECTION C: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures.
