A Bill to Make Animal Cruelty illegal.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Animal cruelty shall be deemed illegal.

SECTION 1.A: An Animal shall be defined as: A species consisting of a living, breathing organism that is not considered a biological human being.

SECTION 2: Hitting, kicking, assaulting an animal or neglecting it in any way shall be deemed illegal.

SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers.

SECTION 3.A: Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox.

SECTION 3.B: Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox.

SECTION 3.C: Firestone Department of Corrections shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox.

SECTION 3.D: Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect after passage and signing of the Governor.

SECTION 5: Animal cruelty shall be deemed a misdemeanor.

SECTION 5.A: First offense will be a citation of $400. Second Offense shall be an arrest of 200 seconds. A third offense or anything exceeding that shall be an arrest consisting of 300-400 seconds.
