A Bill to Keep Officers Safe
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This legislation shall keep officers safe.
Section 2: This legislation shall make it so upon graduating the Firestone Peace Officer Standards and Training certified POST member shall be issued a Firearms License.
Section 2A: Firestone Peace Officer Standards and Training certified member shall be defined as someone who passes the POST certification test and is listed as Certified on the POST Trello Board under the Confirmed list.
Section 2A.1: The Firestone POST Group shall be defined as:

Trello under the “Confirmed” list.
Section 2B: A “Firearms License” shall be defined as the firearm license regulated by the Firestone Firearms Commission.
Section 3: Any POST Certified that does commit any criminal act(taking a felony charge) shall immediately be blacklisted from the program, and their POST Certification shall be removed.
Section 4: The Governor of Firestone shall enforce this legislation.
Section 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
Section 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
