A Bill to Illegalize Parking at Vessel Gas Pumps

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1A: The act of Illegally Parking at Vessel Gas Pumps shall be recognized as an unlawful traffic violation within the State of Firestone.

SECTION 1B: “Illegally Parking at Vessel Gas Pumps” shall be the act of a vessel operator leaving their vessel unattended in front of an operating gas pump.

SECTION 2A: Any person charged with Illegally Parking at Vessel Gas Pumps shall receive a 100-250 dollar citation

SECTION 2B :Any person charged with Illegally Parking at Vessel Gas Pumps shall be subject to having their vessel towed and impounded by the Department of Boating and Waterways.

SECTION 3: On-duty members of the Firestone Coast Guard, Department of Boating & Waterways, Stapleton County Fire Department Search & Rescue, Department of Corrections Marine Division shall be exempt from this legislation when performing duties.

SECTION 4: This bill shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies.

SECTION 5: This bill shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.

SECTION 6: Should any part of this legislation be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.
