A Bill To Host An Emergency County Executive Election
SECTION 1. Upon signature by the State of Firestone Governor, all members of the County Council will immediately be removed, and County Executive elections shall begin. County Council elections will immediately begin upon the completion of the County Executive Election.
SECTION 2. The Governor will be the Election Sponsor, and may determine any reasonable and legal campaign guidelines.
SECTION 3: The Governor of the State of Firestone shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon being signed into law.
