A Bill to Give Employees Rights

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Any Employee of any department under the State of Firestone shall be given these rights.

SECTION 1A: A Department under the State of Firestone is defined as any department operating under the State of Firestone or County Government including but not limited to Commerce approved Businesses within the State of Firestone. The County Government is defined as any department under the State of Firestone Stapleton County Jurisdiction.

SECTION 2: A Employee shall be given the following but not limited to rights.

SECTION 2A: The Right to halt questioning shall be established. The Right to halt questioning shall be defined as β€œThe Right to end questioning by a Superior to stop self incrimination and to call for a Public Safety Investigator of attorney before questioning continues.”

SECTION 2B: The Right to Peaceful Protest shall be established. The Right to Peaceful Protest shall be defined as β€œThe Right to organize a peaceful protest without consequence.”

SECTION 2C: The Right to Information shall be established. The Right to Information shall be defined as β€œThe Right to know why the employee got punished and to be presented proof and reasoning for the punishment by the Department Head or Superior handing out the Punishment.”

SECTION 3: The Employer does not reserve the right to deny these rights. If a Employee is denied these rights, the Employee reserves the right to prosecute the Employer.

SECTION 3A: If the Employer denies these rights, the Employer shall be subject to impeachment, termination, or for Commerce related businesses, a removal of Business Approval.

SECTION 4: The State of Firestone Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage of Congress.

SECTION 5A: Upon Passage all Department Heads and Business Owners shall notify the employees of these rights.

SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
