BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE LEGISLATURE THAT
PREAMBLE: I find it kind of weird that attempted murder is a lower class of felony than criminal misuse. So this legislation was created in an attempt to correct that.
SECTION A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as Trello
SECTION B: Chapter 2, Section 5 of the Firestone Criminal Code labeled, “§5 - Attempted Murder” shall be redefined as a Felony Class B.
SECTION C: Chapter 5, Section 2 of the Firestone Criminal Code labeled, “§2 - Criminal Misuse of a Firearm” shall be redefined as a Felony Class C.
SECTION D: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures.
