A Bill to Extend Loitering onto Roadways

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Loitering shall be extended onto Roadways.

SECTION 2: Loitering on the side of a Roadway shall be considered a misdemeanor.

SECTION 2A: Loitering shall be defined as “standing or waiting around idly or without apparent purpose.”

SECTION 2B: Loitering shall not extend to any public walkways or property opened to the public.

SECTION 2C: Loitering on or around a Roadway can be an citable offense up to $350, And no less than $100

SECTION 3: The following Departments will enforce this legislation:

Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office:

Firestone State Patrol:

Department of Homeland Security:

Firestone National Guard:

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
