A Bill to Extend Loitering onto Government Property Roadways

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Loitering on Government property shall extend to the roadways surrounding the property.

SECTION 2: Loitering on a Government Roadway shall be considered a misdemeanor.

SECTION 2A: Loitering shall be defined as “standing or waiting around idly or without apparent purpose.”

SECTION 2B: Government Roadways shall be defined as any roadway leading to, from, or surrounding Government Property.

SECTION 2C: Loitering on a Government Roadway can be an citeable offense up to $350, And no less than $100.

SECTION 2D: Loitering on a Government Roadway can be an arrest able offense on the suspects third citation. Jail Time can be at a maximum of 150 seconds and a minimum of 60 seconds.

SECTION 3: The following Departments will enforce this legislation:

Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office:

Firestone State Patrol:

Department of Homeland Security:

Firestone National Guard:

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
