A Bill to Establish Trespassing and Loitering in Heliports


IN THE FIRESTONE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

December 17, 2024


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here assembled that,

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as here.

SECTION 2 - AMENDMENTS

(a) Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have an added clause under sub-section (b) titled “(b21)”.

(b) Chapter 3, Section 8, (b21) shall state: "Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot and this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Aviation Administration and/or the Firestone State Patrol and/or the Firestone National Guard.

(c) Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have an added clause under sub-section (b) titled “(b21)”.

(d) Chapter 3, Section 9, (b21) shall state: "Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot and this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Aviation Administration and/or the Firestone State Patrol and/or the Firestone National Guard.

(e) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c4 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B and Sub-Section C3 shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual.”

(f) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B and Sub-Section C3 shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FAA licensed individual.”

(g) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection c1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual.”

(h) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FAA licensed individual.”

SECTION 3 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT

(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) This bill shall be entered into effect immediately following the constitutionally required process.
