A Bill to Establish Disease Management
BE IT ENACTED THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This Bill shall define the rights and abilities of the Firestone Department of Health (DOH) during an outbreak of a state-wide disease where a State of Emergency has been declared.
SECTION 2: The Department of Health shall work along-side other local and federal agencies to ensure the safety and health of all citizens of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 3: The Firestone Department of Health may work along-side the Stapleton County Fire Department (SCFD) to establish temporarily quarantined areas within the state, at the discretion of the Department of Health. Such areas shall only be in effect during a State of Emergency as declared by the Governor of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 3A: People restricted to these areas shall only be released when cleared disease-free by a medically certified person within the State of Firestone or the Governor of the State of Firestone. They may also be released for purposes of transportation within an SCFD ambulance.
SECTION 3B: Peoples who disregard such orders as defined above in Section 3A shall be charged with “Failure to Comply.”
SECTION 4: The Department of Health may open a “safe zone” during such an incident where disease-free persons can be held willfully to escape the spread of such disease. These “Safe-zones” shall only be established with medical personnel present and consent from the Governor of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 5: The Department of Health may reserve the right to open a “CDC” team that may study and gain information about such disease. This division shall be overseen by the Governor of the State of Firestone and the Department of Health Secretary.
SECTION 6: The Firestone Department of Health shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Health - Roblox
SECTION 6A: The Stapleton County Fire Department shall be defined as: Stapleton County Fire Department - Roblox
SECTION 7: This Act shall be overseen by the Governor of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 7A: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress and being signed by the governor of the State of Firestone, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
