A Bill to Enable the Execution, Hunting, and Transporting of Furries

A BILL TO ENABLE THE EXECUTION, HUNTING, AND TRANSPORTING OF FURRIES

         Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,

§ 1. TITLE

    (a) This Act shall be known as, and may be cited as, the “Act to Enable the Execution, Hunting, and Transporting of Furries”.

    (b) This Act may be cited as the “Anti-Furry Act of 2021”.


§ 2. ENACTMENT

    (a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


§ 3. SEVERABILITY

    (a) Should any part of this Act be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


§ 4. ENFORCEMENT

    (a) This Act shall be enforced by all Courts, other Judicial Bodies, and Law Enforcement officers of the State of Firestone; and any other relevant entity.


§ 5. ANTI-FURRIES

    (a) Any individual meeting any of the following criteria enumerated by the sub-subsections below shall be deemed a ‘furry’/‘furries’ for the purposes of this act. An individual may be deemed a furry for meeting a singular criterion, all of the criteria, or a number of criteria.

         (i) Wearing any of the following items:

    (b) All Citizens of the State of Firestone shall be legally protected wherein they violate any of the sections of the Firestone Criminal Code enumerated in the sub-subsections below, whereas the only or all of the actual victim(s) of the aforementioned violation are considered furries, as defined by sub-section (a).

         (i) All sections of Chapter 2 (Crimes Against the Person)

         (ii) Chapter 3, Section 2 (Theft), unless the offence was committed against a business or enterprise as licensed and authorized under law

         (iii) Chapter 3, Section 3 (Destroying Property), unless the offence was committed against a business or enterprise as licensed and authorized under law

         (iv) Chapter 3, Section 5 (Vehicular Assault)

         (v) Chapter 3, Section 6 (Grand Theft Auto)

         (vi) Chapter 4, Section 1 (Criminal Threats)

         (vii) Chapter 4, Section 2 (Extortion)

         (viii) Chapter 4, Section 3 (Hit & Run)

         (ix) Chapter 4, Section 5 (False Imprisonment)

         (x) Chapter 4, Section 6 (Attempting to Commit a Crime), whereas the offence(s) being attempted would otherwise be protected by this subsection

         (xi) Chapter 4, Section 7 (Conspiracy to Commit a Crime), whereas the offence(s) being conspired would otherwise be protected by this subsection

         (xii) Chapter 4, Section 7 (Solicitation to Commit a Crime), whereas the offence(s) being solicited would otherwise be protected by this subsection

         (xiii) Chapter 4, Section 7 (Aiding and Abetting), whereas the offence(s) being aided/abetted would otherwise be protected by this subsection

         (xiv) Chapter 4, Section 10 (Animal Cruelty), whereas such furries are considered animals by any relevant legislation or instrument

         (xv) Chapter 4, Section 15 (Misconduct), whereas only a furry or furries’ rights, freedom, or life were endangered

         (xvi) Chapter 5, Section 2 (Criminal Misuse of a Firearm), whereas the offence(s) in commission would otherwise be protected by this subsection

    (c) Only individuals actively deemed to be furries under subsection (a), and not individuals previously, but no longer, deemed furries under this act, shall be infringed for the purposes of subsection (b). Accordingly, individuals deemed as furries under this Act shall not be deemed as humans or persons under law.

    (d) Law Enforcement Officers shall be protected from lawsuits relating to their enforcement or non-enforcement of this Act, such as a Law Enforcement Officer committing a False Arrest by arresting for an offence protected by subsection (b).

         (i) Although the Law Enforcement Officer shall be free from liability, civil or criminal, for enforcement or non-enforcement of this Act, any arrests made that do not uphold subsection (b) be deemed False Arrest regardless.

    (e) No individual shall be found guilty in court for an act protected by subsection (b).
