A Bill to Define Theft of Property

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: This bill will define “theft of property” as illegal in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 2: Theft of property shall be defined as, “A criminal act where the property/belongings of one person are taken without the owner’s consent.”

SECTION 3: The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, and Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be responsible for enforcing this legislation.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
