A Bill to Define Infractions

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: This Legislation shall define “Infraction(s)”.

SECTION 2: Infraction(s) shall be defined as “petty offense”, the violation of a state or local traffic rule. Infractions shall not be a criminal offense (s), and thus not punishable by incarceration.

SECTION 2A: Incarceration shall be defined as a law enforcement officer arresting with handcuffs and sending them to prison or jail.

SECTION 3: Legislations that charge people with “Infraction(s)” shall be enforced by all law enforcement officer.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
