A Bill to Criminalise the Robbery of an Automated Teller Machine


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1A: The ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello

SECTION 2A: Chapter 3, Section 11 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be established and entitled “ATM Robbery”

SECTION 2B: Chapter 3, Section 11 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be a Class C Felony and have a jail time of 750 seconds.

SECTION 2C: Chapter 3, Section 11 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state: "(a) The act of ATM Robbery shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1) ATM Robbery shall be the act of hacking into, robbing, or attempting to hack or rob, an automated teller machine (ATM). This shall be determined by an individual’s name and photo appearing on the screen of an ATM.

(a2) An ‘ATM’ shall be defined as any machine with an interactable deposit and withdraw system."

SECTION 2D: No individual shall be prosecuted or arrested for ATM Robbery should they also be prosecuted or arrested for Attempting to Commit a Crime, or vice versa, for the same instance of ATM Robbery.

SECTION 2C: No individual shall be prosecuted or arrested for ATM Robbery should they also be prosecuted or arrested for Bank Robbery, or vice versa, for the same instance of ATM Robbery.

SECTION 4: Should any part of this act or bill be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect, unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.

SECTION 5: This bill shall go into effect as an act of congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
