A Bill to Correct Carjacking
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1) The legally recognized term ‘carjacking’ shall be redefined in this legislation.
SECTION 2) A Bill to Redefine Carjacking shall be repealed and replaced by this legislation.
SECTION 3) Section 2B of ‘A Bill to Recognize More Crimes’ currently reads: “Carjacking shall be defined as: the forced robbery of one’s vehicle by someone else.”
SECTION 3A) Section 2B of ‘A Bill to Recognize More Crimes’ shall now read: “Any individual or individuals who aids or participates in the crime of breaking into one’s vehicle shall be charged with carjacking. It shall count as breaking/entering (into) one’s vehicle when an individual gains unauthorized access to one’s vehicle (without permission given by the vehicle owner) and sits in the driver’s seat, or if an individual gets into a vehicle without permission and it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the individual has the intent of stealing the vehicle.”
SECTION 3B) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for carjacking, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.
SECTION 4) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Carjacking.
SECTION 4A) The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox 2
SECTION 4B) The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
SECTION 4C) The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox
SECTION 4D) The Department of Corrections shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
SECTION 5) This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.
