A BILL

To Bar the Former Governor of Firestone


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS

    (a) “DyingSym” shall be defined as: DyingSym.

    (b) The “Employment Act of 2022” shall be defined as: Employment Act of 2022.

SECTION 2. ENACTMENT

    (a) This bill shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY

    (a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

SECTION 4. BAR

    (a) As empowered upon Congress by C.I.IV.V and other appropriate legislation, DyingSym shall be barred from serving in any position as stated in Section 3 of the Employment Act of 2022. Reason for said bar being misconduct in a public office.

    (b) Evidence regarding the aforementioned by Section 4a shall be enumerated below:

    (c) This bar shall remain effective indefinitely.

    (d) This bar shall also include any alternate accounts of DyingSym.
