A BILL TO BAR EXERBOXING FROM PUBLIC OFFICE

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1A: “ExerBoxing” shall be defined as the following Roblox user: Daniel - Roblox
SECTION 1B: “Public office” shall include offices subject to impeachment or expulsion by any statute and the following positions: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Chief Court Justice, Supreme Court Justice, District Court Judge, Cabinet Member, Sub-Cabinet Member, Representative, Senator, County Executive, County Council, Municipal Mayor, Department Head, Deputy Department Head, any elected office; or any other position described as ‘public office’ by any statute with relevant jurisdiction to the said position.
SECTION 2A: In accordance with C.I.IV.V, ExerBoxing shall be barred from holding any public office (as defined by Section 1B of this Act) for misconduct: use of state resources allocated for public service for the benefit of criminal organisations thereby posing a threat to state security and betraying the public trust; failure to uphold the oath of office and constitution; and engaging in a conspiracy to undermine the legitimate interests of the State of Firestone by participating in a terroristic, organised gang.
SECTION 2B: Evidence regarding the aforementioned by Section 2A shall be enumerated below:
SECTION 2C: No alternate account may be used by the individual who bears ownership of the ExerBoxing account at the time of passage to evade or otherwise bypass this bar from public office.
SECTION 3: This bill shall go into effect as an act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 4: Should any part of this bill or act be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
