A Bill to Amend the “Uniformed Control of Firearms Act”


BE IT ENHANCED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:

SECTION 1: A sub-section shall be added onto the “Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” Chapter II, Section Five. It shall be called Section Five-b.

SECTION 1B: The “Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” shall be defined as:

SECTION 2: Chapter II, Section Five-b shall state: Users with a physically showing broken arm or leg preventing them from returning their firearm to their toolbar or backpack where it would be out of the public eye shall be exempt from Chapter II, section Five.

SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
