A BILL
To amend Grand Theft Auto so that stealing a bicycle can only be classed under one charge
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Bill may be cited as “A Bill to Amend Grand Theft Auto”.
SECTION 2,
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 3.
a) For the purposes of this Bill, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello
SECTION 4.
a) Chapter 3, section 6, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended
a1) Chapter 3, section 6, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:
“Grand theft auto shall be the act of taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner or through deception, with malicious intent.”
a2) Chapter 3, section 6, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:
“Grand theft auto shall be the act of taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner or through deception, with malicious intent.”
