A bill to Amend “Firestone Traffic Revision Act"

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:

SECTION 1: A bill to Amend “Firestone Traffic Revision Act” shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: “Firestone Traffic Revision Act” shall be defined as: https://trello.com/c/ZtPVnwUl/2280-firestone-traffic-revision-act

SECTION 2A: Chapter 2 § 9 currently states:

“Areas not designated for vehicles/bicycles shall include, but are not limited to:
a. the curb or central barrier dividing a roadway
b. the sidewalk (unless a bicycle is riding upon it to find a parking space)
c. any area where entering for the vehicle/bicycle in question is prohibited. Bike lanes may be entered by motor vehicles for a distance not to exceed 100 studs after yielding to bicycles.
d. any area where, when entered, may pose an avoidable threat to life or property (without consent)
e. any grass/dirt patch(es) or offroad area where it is clear vehicles should stay on a paved roadway, unless it is for parking, stopping, or waiting. This shall not apply to bicycles.”

SECTION 2B: Chapter 2 § 9 shall now state:

“Areas not designated for vehicles/bicycles shall include, but are not limited to:

b. the sidewalk. This shall not apply to bicycles given bicyclists don’t endanger pedestrian traffic.
c. any area where entering for the vehicle/bicycle in question is prohibited. Bike lanes may be entered by motor vehicles for a distance not to exceed 100 studs after yielding to bicycles.
d. any area where, when entered, may pose an avoidable threat to life or property (without consent)
e. any grass/dirt patch(es) or offroad area where it is clear vehicles should stay on a paved roadway, unless it is for parking, stopping, or waiting. This shall not apply to bicycles.
f. interior of buildings, not including garages. This shall not apply to private property if the operator of the vehicle/bicycle has permission from the property’s owner.

SECTION 3: This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
