A Bill to Amend ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Section § of ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’ shall be amended.
SECTION 1A: ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’ shall be defined as Criminal Code Act Chapter 1
SECTION 2A: Section § currently states, “Vehicular Assault shall be the act of using a vehicle to harm another person, or their property.”
SECTION 2B: Section § shall now state, “Vehicular Assault shall be the act of operating a motor vehicle or bike and striking another vehicle, person, and/or building in a reckless manner that can cause injury or death to the person affected.”
SECTION 3: All law enforcement agencies and the courts shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of Congress and signed by the Governor.
