A Bill to Amend 'An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts'

A Bill to Amend ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ contains multiple complications. The definitions for both ‘guilty’ and ‘not guilty’ are entirely incorrect, and the law outlaws jury nullification, which is an important pillar of the protection of man from his government. This legislation aims to correct that.

SECTION 1. ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ shall be recognized as the following:

SECTION 2[a]. Rule 12® of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ currently states:

“Hereinafter the word ‘guilty’ shall refer to actually doing/committing something that a person is accused of,”

SECTION 2[b]. Rule 12® of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ shall be amended to state:

“Hereinafter the term ‘guilty’ shall refer to it being proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the ‘guilty’ person has committed the act with which they are accused.”

SECTION 3[a]. Rule 12(s) of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ currently states:

“Hereinafter the word ‘not guilty’ shall refer to not having doing/committing something that a person is accused of.”

SECTION 3[b]. Rule 12(s) of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ shall be amended to state:

“Hereinafter the term ‘not guilty’ shall refer to the failure to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the ‘not guilty’ person has committed the act with which they are accused.”

SECTION 4[a]. Rule 17(d)(iii) of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ currently states:

“The jury shall not use ‘jury nullification.’”

SECTION 4[b]. Rule 17(d)(iii) of ‘An Act to Establish General Rules of Procedure in the State Courts’ is hereby declared null and void.

Respectfully submitted to the State of Firestone Congress,
