A BILL TO AMEND AN ACT TO DEFINE LEO’S TOWING POWERS

MAY IT BE ENACTED BY THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1:
This legislation shall amend an Act to Define LEO’s Towing Powers, which shall be defined as An Act to Define LEO’s Towing Powers.

SECTION 1A:
Section 7 of an Act to Define LEO’s Towing Powers currently states;

Interfering with a LEO initiated towing shall be deemed illegal. The charge for this will be Hindering a Lawful Tow. It shall be a misdemeanor.

SECTION 1B:
Section 7 of an Act to Define LEO’s Towing Powers shall be amended to;

Interfering with a LEO initiated towing shall be deemed illegal. The charge for this will be Hindering a Lawful Tow. It shall be a misdemeanor. This charge shall be punishable with a citation with a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $150.

SECTION 2:
This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both congressional chambers.

SECTION 3:
All laws in conflict with this shall be considered null and void.
