BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping” shall be amended.
SECTION 2: Section 2C of “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping” currently states:
“Section 2C: Kidnapping shall result in:
Section 2C.1: First Offense: (200-300 Jail Time; felony charge)
Section 2C.2: Second Offense: (300-500 Jail Time; felony charge)
Section 2C.3: Third Offense: (500-700 Jail Time; felony charge)
Section 2C.4: Fourth Offense or More: (800 Jail Time; felony charge)”
SECTION 3: Section 2C of “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping” shall now state:
“The act of Kidnapping is a felony thereof. Kidnapping shall now be punished with no less than 600 seconds and no more than 900 seconds of jail time in the State Correctional Facility. Depending on the occupants kidnapped by individual(s) will determine such sentences:
1 (Occupant Kidnapped; 600 seconds in the Correctional Facility)
2 (Occupants Kidnapped; 800 seconds in the Correctional Facility)
3 (3 or more Occupants Kidnapped; 900 seconds in the State Correctional Facility)
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect upon passage of both chambers of Congress and signed by the Governor.
